Which? is a powerful organisation that empowers consumers. In the past, consumers have felt helpless when it came to dealing with powerful government organisations. Now, the consumer is gaining the power. Which? Has more than 50 years of experience in protecting consumers, offering product reviews and giving advice to consumers on a whole range of topics, including PPI.
Which? is governed by a group of 18 members. 12 of them are elected, while the other six are co-opted members’. Patrick Barwise serves as the Chairman of the group. He is an Emeritus Professor of Management and Marketing with London Business School joining their team in 1976 and is a prolific author. His latest book, titled Simply Better, was written with Dr. Sean Meehan. The book rose to instant fame and has been translated into 7 languages.
The daily operation of Which? is headed by Peter Vicary-Smith. Which? was very lucky to obtain Peter from the Cancer ResearchUK where he served as Commercial Director.
