Suitability of PPI

womanPPI is not an Insurance Policy that is suitable for everybody.

There are many people who whilst they are eligible to rely on the Policy, simply do not need to.

In order to ensure that the Insurance Policy you have bought is suitable for you, the sales representative should have conducted a fact find. If they did not do so, then they have sold you a Policy that may not have been suitable for your needs.

This is unacceptable, as any insurance Policy that you buy should have been bought with the knowledge that it was suitable for your purposes.

If you did not have your suitability established prior to purchasing PPI,  claim back your premium plus interest.

PPI is OptionalEligibility for PPI

PPI is not a compulsory insurance and the purchase of the Policy MUST be your choice. However, commission driven sales representatives have been selling PPI without checking if you wanted it, or mis-leading you in to thinking that you had to take it out. This is unacceptable, as Insurance cannot be sold by the fear of making your health or employment feel vulnerable. If you do not feel that you were given the option to buy this Insurance Policy armed with the necessary facts, then click … to claim your premium back plus interest.
In many circumstances, the people who have been sold PPI, are not eligible to rely on its benefits and therefore have no cover when they need the Policy the most. It is important that various qualifying questions are asked of you before you buy the Policy, to ensure that you can rely on it. If this is not done, there is a risk that you will be paying for something that is never going to be of use to you. These is unacceptable, as you should not be sold an insurance Policy that you cannot later rely on when you need to, or without your eligibility being assessed before you buy the Insurance.

If you feel that your eligibility was not adequately established, then click … to claim your premium back, plus interest.
