PPI Reclaiming Is Easy – Write To Your Lender

http://www.ppifree.co.uk/After the Judicial Hearing earlier this year, it is now easier than ever for those borrowers who were mis-sold on a PPI Claim; to get the refund they are owed.

All it takes is to write a letter to your lender, and if you had already done so, prior to the Hearing, and were denied a refund, you can write to the Ombudsman Office, to review the claim you had made.

If you were either mis-led, and sold a claim that the lender told you needed to be purchased in order to get a loan from them; or, if you were mis-sold, and were not even aware that the lender was charging you for a PPI policy, without your knowledge, all you have to do is submit a complaint letter to the lender, and they are required to review your file, and offer a refund to the borrowers who were mis-sold or mis-led into purchasing a PPI policy.
