After hundreds of thousands of complaints, the Judicial Courtruled in favour of the borrowers, and exposed the largest mis-selling of PPI Claims ever in the UK.
It was found that lenders were either mis-selling, or mis-leading borrowers into believing they were required to purchase a PPI policy, in order to get a loan.
