PPI Claims- What It Means For You

http://www.ppifree.co.uk/If you were mis-sold or mis-led into purchasing a PPI policy by a lender, thanks to the Judicial Ruling earlier this year, your claim is going to get you the refund you are owed.

Filing a claim with your lender is as easy as sending out a strongly worded letter, explaining that you were mis-sold a PPI policy, and asking for a refund on it. After the ruling this year, the courts held in favour of borrowers, requiring all banks who mis-sold policies, to repay these borrowers.

Therefore, if you do send in your claim, you are going to get refunded by your bank or lender, in the event you were truly mis-sold or mis-led into buying a policy. And, if you had filed in the past and were denied, you will want to re-file with your lender, or turn to the Ombudsman, for a review of the previously denied claim.
