Missold PPI In The UK

http://www.ppifree.co.uk/If you were mis-sold on a PPI policy, reclaiming your money is as simple as filing a letter with your lender.

Many banks had mis-sold PPI policy’s to borrowers, by adding the policy onto the loan, without the borrower’s knowledge. And, several other borrowers were misled into believing that the only way they could obtain a loan, was to purchase the PPI policy. So, if you fall into either of these categories, all you have to do is file a complaint with the lender, via a strongly worded letter, and wait for them to review your files.

If you had filed in the past, and were denied, re-filing a complaint with the Ombudsman Office will guarantee a fair review of your file, to determine if you should be repaid by your lender. Most complainants are going to be reimbursed, thanks to the Judicial Hearing earlier this year, which ruled in favour of the borrowers.
