Now that the Judicial Courthas ruled in favour of borrowers, as far as the PPI mis-sellings which banks and lenders were engaging in, borrowers can easily file a claim against their lender, and expect a repayment on their PPI Claim. Hundreds of thousands of borrowers were either misled by lenders, or told that in order to borrow they were required to purchase a PPI policy; and, other lenders were not even aware that their lender had added a PPI policy to their loan, charging them thousands of pounds annually, without their knowledge.
If you fall into either of these classes, reclaiming the money you were wrongfully charged by your lender is an extremely simple process for borrowers to do today. All you have to do is write into your lender, or if you had filed in the past and were denied, re-file with the Ombudsman; to get the reclaimed money you are owed.
