Claims For PPI Are Easy To Do Yourself

http://www.ppifree.co.uk/Rather than rely on a company to file a PPI complaint on your behalf, doing the job yourself will not only save you the money, but is also a very simple thing to do on your own.

If you were mis-sold or misled on the purchase of a PPI policy, thanks to the Judicial Review earlier this year, filing a PPI Claim on your own, is virtually effortless for the complainant.

So, to file your PPI Claim, the first step to take is to write a strongly worded letter to your PPI policy provider, and explain that you were either sold a policy you didn’t need, or were mis-led into believing you had to purchase, in order to get the loan from the lender. If you get a rejection letter from your bank, the next step is contacting the Ombudsman Office, who will review the claim, and determine whether your bank or lender will have to pay out on the mis-sold claim.
